NCPA Survey: What’s Important to You?

NCPA is asking members to tell them where to focus the majority of their time and energy serving the membership by filling out a short six-question survey which will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Last year, members stated that low and slow MAC pricing updates, exclusion from preferred networks, and pharmacist provider status were the top choices for advocacy. For NCPA services, members told them that pharmacy pay for performance networks, help with diversifying revenue sources, and training on star ratings and quality measures were the top three picks.

One of the most valuable products of the survey are the free text comments that members provide. Last year, NCPA received nearly 600 surveys and they included 17 pages of comments. A summary of the survey results and all the comments is read by the NCPA Board, the CEO, and NCPA staff.
