Effective immediately, the names of the CVS/caremark Adherence Improvement Program and the CVS/caremark Medicare Part D Star Ratings Program will be changed as follows:

New Program Name

Pharmacy Advisor® Commercial Program

Pharmacy Advisor® Medicare Part D Program

The name changes will be reflected in future platform releases in the MirixaPro and EQuIPPTM platforms.
