Q: How do I know how many Needs Medication Synchronization TIPs my pharmacies have?
A: Switch to your Pharmacy Admin role, and select the Current TIPs report. Under Reason, select Needs Medication Synchronization.

Q: What if the patient is already participating in medication synchronization?
A: In the TIP overview, select No Intervention Needed because the intervention was already completed prior to the TIP.

Q: What if the patient is already on a medication synchronization plan, but only for a subset of medications?
A: If you newly synchronize at least 2 chronic medications, you can still submit the claim with a successful result.
