CVSC Performance Network Drug Therapy Program and the SSI
Performance Network Drug Therapy Program will launch this coming Monday,
May 9th. These new cases will focus on potential gaps of
omission issues for eligible CVS/Caremark and SSI plan participants who are
your patients. For example, the patient appears to have diabetes, but does not
appear to be on a statin therapy to reduce the risk of atherosclerotic
cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). I will not be able to share a case
forecast/potential report with you for these programs.
The terms for this program will be the same as our other
CVS/SSI Targeted Programs. Reimbursement will be $12 per served flag.
Once a case is assigned, you must show progress in the case within ten days
and submit the service within twenty-one days, or the opportunity will
be removed from your queue. The attached PSD document is available on the
MirixaPro platform for your pharmacists to review.
