Last September, MedImpact performed a DAW audit on behalf of PEEHIP.  During this audit, DAW 1 prescriptions were reviewed.   CAPS is currently working with Bill Eley, APCI’s Legislative Director, to compile information that can be used to appeal audit results directly with PEEHIP.  Once your pharmacy receives the financial results from MedImpact for this audit, please fax those results to 205-263-0382 or you may send an email to stacyn@apcinet.com or jessicac@apcinet.com.  The information collected will be reported to PEEHIP to show the negative financial impact of this audit on Alabama Pharmacies.
