In 2017, VIVA Health will be using two different PBMs for Commercial and Medicare Lines of Business. Attached please find a notification showing the different RXBin, RxPCN, and RxGrp for Commercial and Medicare Advantage members.

• Commercial- ESI (Express Scripts)
• Medicare- CVS Caremark

You may find it helpful to post this notification close to the terminals so pharmacy staff will not be confused about the dual PBM’s for VIVA’s business. It is important to note that Viva members live in Alabama and probably obtain their prescriptions in the state of Alabama.
