As the audit season is ramping up, CAPS would like to remind you of the benefits of our on-site audit assistance.  For a fee of $ 125 + travel expenses (rental car, gas, food, airline tickets (if applicable), etc.) you get a nationally certified technician who will work directly with the auditor, allowing your staff to service your patients without interruption. 

The CAPS representative will do the following:

• Provide you with documents prior to your audit to assist you in getting prepared
• Pull the requested prescriptions the day of the audit
• Relay information to the pharmacist/main contact
• Go over the discrepancies noted in the auditor's findings once the audit is complete
