In October 2016, the AB rated generic
Concerta (methylphenidate) became available to the market. Starting February 1,
2017, generic methylphenidate will not be covered by the State of Mississippi’s
State and School Employee’s Health Insurance Plan until multiple manufacturers
become available or the price decreases. Please see the attachment below for
further processing instructions.
