ITEMS WITH PRICING CONCERNS:

DIHYDR N/SPR 4MG/1ML OCE 8X1@: Item #1924901 is exclusive with Valeant and has been a non-contract item. MCK just received a OneStop bid from Valeant and this is expected to be added to the OS program next week.

CLORAZEPATE: We are working with McK Sourcing team to get a better price. They are aware of the negative reimbursements from all customers and are negotiating with suppliers to address the situation promptly. We will pass along any updates as they become available.

ARIPIPRAZOLE: We anticipate a reduction on these items in the coming weeks but in the meantime, we have added to the new CPL Campaign which begins on Saturday, 1/28/17.

EZETIMIBE: This item was a recent generic launch (Gx Zetia). It was an exclusive launch and McK was unable to receive a cost that allows for OneStop Formulary pricing. Due to our rebate structure, McK would have had to price the item above brand pricing. So, McK added the item to Multisource Plus (NET CONTRACT) which is a program where customers do not receive rebates. As of today, the customer is receiving the lowest possible price. We have supplied market data to McKesson so that they can continue negotiations with the supplier to further reduce the pricing. We do anticipate additional suppliers will enter the market after the 180-day exclusivity period and we will be able to have a cost reduction and addition to OneStop Program.

Important Product Updates

Gx Concerta | Gx Aggrenox | Gx Relpax

Generic Concerta^® (methylphenidate) Tabs: Methylphenidate hcl extended-release products manufactured by Actavis have been the only version of Gx Concerta that is therapeutically equivalent (Orange Book Code AB-rated) to the brand Concerta^®. Recently, Mylan launched an AB-Rated product that was added to the OneStop program in the A*-slot, Friday, 1/20/2017.

Note, the Actavis products are 100-count bottles and the new Mylan products are 90-count bottles. Actavis will remain in the AC-slot and Mylan will be in the A*-slot. Because of the different pack sizes there will be no substitution between these products. Customers who wish to purchase the new Mylan 90-count products will need to manually switch over from purchasing the Actavis product. The new Mylan items are listed below:

Generic Aggrenox^® (aspirin-dipyridamole) Tablets: In early December 2016, Teva became the exclusive manufacturer of Gx Aggrenox.With the increase in demand for the Teva product, Teva increased their price and were unable to supply the McKesson demand so the item was removed from the OneStop program on 12/8/2016. Amneal recently launched into the market and is scheduled to be added to the OneStop program in the A-slot next week as soon as Amneal is able to provide inventory. The new item is listed below for your reference.

Generic Relpax^® (eletriptan hydrobromide) Tablets: Generic Relpax^® is expected to launch into the market in early February. Our Generic Specialists are calling customers to Pre-book orders and we plan to send an ASAP and ASAP+ auto shipment when the product launches. As always, the estimated launch date is subject to change as a result of litigation and patent exclusivities. Patent expiration dates are not a guarantee of generic availability.
