Previously communicated on February 6, 2017; today’s communication includes an update to plan name.

Effective January 1, 2017, Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union No. 630 Welfare Fund members received new member ID numbers. There was also a change to the member’s RxGroup number. Members moved from RxGroup RX4638 to RX1866. Members received new cards to reflect these changes.

Please update or create member profiles to reflect the following changes to the pharmacy benefit managed by CVS Caremark®.
