Envolve Pharmacy Solutions (formerly US Script) and CVS Caremark® previously announced that effective March 1, 2017, CVS Caremark would begin to process and pay claims for Sunshine State Health Plan. This notice is to inform you that this implementation is being delayed. The new implementation timeline is currently being developed and additional information, including the new effective date, will be communicated at least thirty (30) days before implementation.

Claims for Sunshine State Health Plan should continue to be submitted to Envolve Pharmacy Solutions (RXBIN: 008019) until such time Envolve Pharmacy Solutions and CVS Caremark notify you otherwise.

As a reminder, per previous communications, Sunshine State Health Plan will continue to use the CVS Caremark pharmacy network and reimbursement rates, but claims will remain paid according to Envolve Pharmacy Solutions processing rules and payment cycles and will appear on your Envolve Pharmacy Solutions 835 or remittance advice.
