Change Healthcare is pleased to announce a new BIN/PCN under our pharmacy network effective 4/18/17.  Because your pharmacy is already a participating provider in Change Healthcare’s network no additional action is necessary for enrollment.  

Please note, this BIN/PCN is being transitioned to Change Healthcare from another processor so it may already exist in your Practice Management System.

The addition of this plan may require you to establish a new Input Code / Plan ID in your organization’s Practice Management System.  

Once established, please complete the attached Input Code form and return to Change Healthcare.  This will allow the Help Desk to assist your pharmacies should they call with processing questions.   

Payer sheets have also been attached for your review.
