Caremark Performance Network Program
HRM – being removed from the dashboard with the June 2017 release
CMR Completion Rate – only providing us data on
the payment period measurement periods
No tracking will occur during other months
June, October, and February will be the release months for these updates

updates reflected in the May 2017 release.

Payer Relations
2017 “Contracts playbook” – for each health
plan/PBM program pharmacies should understand how to track performance based on
program and or contract. This may include:
How the program is listed in EQuIPP
Applicable measurement period(s) that will be
evaluated throughout the year (i.e., rolling 6 month performance score, Year to
Date performance score)
Opportunities for improvement – does the plan
have available outliers? Cases through MTM vendor?
This should also include for the pharmacy an
action plan on how these resources are being utilized and successful
implementation
Contacts for program sponsor, should questions
arise
What plans or contracts can we have in EQuIPP
that you do not see? Clients PQS can add?
Are there program or plan displays that do not
match based on pharmacy expectations?
Quality measure updates
Training/education on quality measures
What else can PQS provide about EQuIPP access
and performance?
Can PQS provide specifics for standard training
and background on EQuIPP?
