Effective April 1, 2017, Prime implemented a new pharmacy payment cycle structure. As a
result of this change, pharmacy payment amounts will be reduced and Participating
Pharmacies will see an increase in their total number of payments. Please make the
necessary modifications in your processes and communicate these changes to your
pharmacies as you deem appropriate.
