MedImpact will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 between 8:00PM and 11:00PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).  Claims adjudication will experience a brief outage lasting approximately 3-5 minutes during that time.

If your systems are setup to automatically retry claims, then they will likely be re-processed during the retry and should require no manual intervention.  

If your systems are not setup to automatically retry claims, please resubmit the claim after 5 minutes.
