Refresh Updates
This is a note to make you
aware that performance data for EnvisionRx will be withheld from the June 15th
release within EQuIPP. PQS and EnvisionRx are dedicated to ensuring the
continued delivery of accurate and reliable performance information, and to
this end PQS and EnvisionRx are currently updating elements of the data feed
for the measure calculations. As a result of the updates, performance
data will not be included in the June EQuIPP refresh. EnvisionRx performance data
will resume with the July 15th release within EQuIPP. Performance
information associated with the June release (Jan-April 2017) will also be
calculated and populated within EQuIPP for viewing with the July release

range: Nov 1, 2016 – April 30, 2017
- Year to Date (YTD) performance data date range:
January 1, 2017 – April 30, 2017
- Caremark CMR rate will be reinstated
- Reminder-this is displayed in YTD view only and
thus will provide data based on completed cases from January 2017 – April 2017.
- This score is provided to us from Caremark. It
is not something that we calculate. If you have questions regarding this
measure, feel free to let me know.

July 2017 EQuIPP
Refresh

- New performance data: Health Partners is
anticipated to have performance information available in the dashboard with the
July 2017 release. Stay tuned for more specific information!

- New display: we anticipate to include the “My

those with Single sign on processes, or other prearranged agreements for user
access.
EQuIPP user
interface updates
- Coming soon – EQuIPP “My Programs”. More information
to come through the summer
- PQS is updating the Outliers file that is
provided to clients who are eligible to receive. I will follow-up with updates
to this file and how your pharmacy team can use all of this information to
track performance efforts! This file should be provided with the July refresh
along with the current outlier file. In a few months PQS will move to only
providing this new template.

the NACDS Total Store Expo in San Diego, CA from Aug 19 – 22. PQS will be
reaching out to schedule appointments starting in June. However, if you would
