INTotal Health of Virginia is an existing plan sponsor with CVS Caremark®.

Please be advised that the formularies for the INTotal Health of Virginia plans are NDC-level formularies. If a particular NDC is not listed on the CMS Medicaid Drug Rebate List, the claim will reject as 70: << Manufacturer Not Covered>> and a covered NDC will need to be selected.
