Starting July 11, 2017, UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage is offering our eligible Part D members medication reviews and medication therapy management services through OutcomesMTM®, a Cardinal Health company. 
 
With our medication therapy management program, we aim to increase medication adherence while helping to lower the risk for side effects and drug interactions. As part of this program, retail pharmacies in the UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage network can access the online OutcomesMTM Connect™ Platform to complete comprehensive medication review consults when our members pick up their next prescription.
