Effective August 1, 2017, Magellan Rx Management began administration operation of
Magellan Complete Care of Virginia. As a reminder, prescriptions reimbursable by Medicare
Part D are not eligible for additional reimbursement through Medicaid. Medicaid is the payer of
last resort, which pays after any other applicable primary programs have been billed.
