The governors of Florida and Puerto Rico issued States of Emergency for their entire jurisdictions due to Hurricane Irma.
Due to this issuance, Express Scripts has implemented Emergency Refill Too Soon Procedures for all of Florida and Puerto Rico for Part D and Medicare Advantage plans. Commercial and Health Plans may also implement Emergency Refill Too Soon Procedures, at their discretion.
