Effective October 1, 2017, the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services will begin utilizing the pharmacy benefits manager, Magellan Medicaid Administration. All pharmacy claims for Medicaid fee-for-service members must be submitted to Magellen Medicaid Administration.
