Argus: Incorrect PCN for US Script Medicare/MMP New Client: Absolute Total Care

What You Need to Know  

 

·         Effective February 1, 2015, US Script Medicare/MMP New Client: Absolute Total Care,   started processing claims through Argus Health Systems.

·         There is a small subset of Absolute Total Care members who have received ID cards with the incorrect Processor Control Number (PCN).

·         The incorrect PCN printed on the card was 06241400.

·         The correct PCN for the Absolute Total Care members is 06244200.

·         The health plan is currently working on reissuing cards to the members.

·         ANA-59 Medicare Part D Retail

·         ANA-67 Medicare Part D 90 day Retail

·         ANA-69 Medicare Part D LTC

·         ANA-71 Medicare Part D Home Infusion

·         ANA-109 Vaccine Network


Processing Claims

Please use the D.0 version of the NCPDP transaction standard and provide the following required information for each claim submitted:

Rx BIN: 012353
Rx PCN:
06244200
Cardholder ID:
As printed on the card
Patient’s Last Name
Patient’s Date of Birth

·         Click MyArgus link in the upper right-hand corner of the website.

·         Click MyArgus

·         Enter the User ID and the password.

·         Select Pharmacy

·         Select the US Script 06244500, 06240300, 06243600, 06245100, 06241100, 06241000, 06241400, 06243601, 06244200 D.0 payer sheet under the D.0 Medicare Part D drop-down box.
