· Effective February 1, 2015, US Script Medicare/MMP
New Client: Absolute Total Care, started processing claims through
Argus Health Systems.
·
There is a small subset of Absolute Total Care members
who have received ID cards with the incorrect Processor Control Number (PCN).
·
The incorrect PCN printed on the card was 06241400.
·
The correct PCN for the Absolute Total Care members is
06244200.
·
The health plan is currently working on reissuing
cards to the members.

following required information for each claim submitted:

Cardholder ID: As printed on the card
Patient’s Last Name
Patient’s Date of Birth
*Payer
Sheet: Is in the process of being updated
