Beginning January 1, 2018, Prime Therapeutics, LLC (“Prime”) will be limiting the HMO Blue® Texas Network to pharmacies located within the state of Texas.
As such, this serves as notice to any pharmacy outside the state of Texas, you will no longer be able to provide prescription drug services to HMO Blue® Texas Covered Persons effective January 1, 2018.
