Effective Dec. 1, 2017, Amerigroup Community Care (Amerigroup), in collaboration with Express Scripts, will move its Medicaid and Georgia Families 360 members in the state of Georgia to a custom pharmacy network which includes mass merchants, supermarket pharmacies, and regional and independent pharmacies.

Your pharmacy has been identified as a participating network pharmacy. Amerigroup members will receive a letter if they need to transfer their prescriptions to a participating network pharmacy beginning Dec. 1. If a member has already received a letter, he/she may refer to the alternative pharmacies listed in the letter. Members may call the Member Services phone number on their ID cards to find local pharmacies participating in their new network.
