Pharmacies and prescribers must enroll

Effective Jan. 1, 2018, all UPMC for Kids network pharmacies and prescribers will be required to enroll with the Department of Human Services (DHS) as providers with the State of Pennsylvania. If you have already enrolled in the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance (MA) Program, you do not need to enroll again. If you are a part of another state’s Medicaid or CHIP Program, or enrolled in Medicare, you still must enroll with the Pennsylvania DHS.
