As part of the CVS Caremark® Medicare Part D Retail Performance Network Program™ for 2018, CVS Caremark will be providing to you information related to how the Performance Network Program will be administered for specialty claims. See 2018 PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND WEIGHTING on page 2.

CVS Caremark will post four (4) specialty drug-related documents/lists on the Pharmacy Portal and update them from time to time at: https://rxservices.cvscaremark.com. You will receive a notice to let you know when a list or document is posted or updated so that you can access the list on the Pharmacy Portal. The corresponding icons (at left, below) will help you to distinguish between each list.
