New Plan Information
Effective January 1, 2018, Magellan Rx will will assume administrative operation of the pharmacy benefits for Alliant Health Plans, Inc. At that time, pharmacies must submit claims for payment to RxBIN: 019439 and RxPCN: 07720000. Pharmacies must submit claims for payment for members to new RxBIN and RxPCN on or after January 1,2018.
