Please note some Anthem affiliated health plans will offer members the option to have electronic ID cards on a mobile app beginning in early 2018. While Anthem members will still be able to obtain physical ID cards, they will also have the option of having electronic ID cards.

The electronic ID card will be in the same format as physical cards are currently. Members will be able to email or fax your pharmacy a copy of their card directly from their phones for your records.
