WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (the Plan) is making changes to the status of brand name Adderall XR® Capsules, as part of ongoing efforts to offer members access to quality, cost-effective health care. These changes are detailed in this notice.

Effective April 1, 2015, brand name Adderall XR® Capsules will no longer be covered for members enrolled in WellCare Health Plans, Inc. Medicaid lines of business. Amphetamine/Dextroamphetamine Salts ER Capsules will be the preferred agent.
