Per the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, members with a diagnosis of breast or cervical cancer should receive a $0 copay on all prescriptions. Pharmacies are asked to override copays at the point of sale for any member with either of these diagnoses. Please enter the appropriate ICD-10 diagnosis code for breast or cervical cancer patients in the Diagnosis Code Field (NCPDP Field 424-DO), and the copay will be overridden to $0.
