Express Scripts is receiving a greater number of claims returning NCPDP reject 07 "M/I Cardholder ID" than normal for Anthem Medicare members. These members received new ID cards. If the member’s claim rejects, please request the new ID card from the member or you can find the correct member ID in the reject messaging. Please review and resubmit claims using the correct member ID number provided.
