In response to the current emergency situation with the Winter Storms affecting the Southeast and Northeast United States, OptumRx has approved the following immediate action to ensure continuity of care for members.

The US National Weather Service has issued warnings related to severe weather, including blizzards and some states are announcing a State of Emergency. As an OptumRx Network Pharmacy Provider you should take the following action(s) if a member indicates that they are impacted by the severe emergency weather conditions:
