Rolls Royce is bringing on a new population of members effective Jan. 1. Some of these members may not have received their ID cards yet. If you receive a reject stating "member not covered under this plan; please ask for new ID card" for a Rolls Royce member and they do not have their new Express Scripts member ID card, please reference the prescription processing information below.
