As has been previously communicated, CVS Caremark requires all contracted network providers to complete General Compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) training on behalf of our client PDP plans.

As of January 01, 2018 CVS Caremark does not have a record of receiving your attestation certifying that you have either completed the CMS-mandated General Compliance & FWA training for 2017, or completed your CMS-mandated General Compliance training and are certified as a DMEPOS provider for the 2017 calendar year.
