McKesson Announces New OneStop Formulary Changes and Additions
April 6, 2015
In response to industry-wide service level issues and to keep pricing competitive, McKesson is pleased to announce some exciting new formulary additions and changes that will result in significant value for our OneStop customers.
Through these changes, McKesson OneStop Generics customers can anticipate the following additional benefits to the OneStop
program:
- Program Expansion – McKesson is expanding our OneStop portfolio coverage.
- Additional Savings – As part of these formulary changes, many items on the portfolio will have a price
reduction.
- Service Level – In light of market supply constraints, these formulary changes are proactively being taken to increase access to inventory for our APCI OneStop customers.

On Wednesday April 1, Mylan Pharmaceuticals launched the generic equivalent of Generess FE® chewable tablets (norethindrone and ethinyl estradiol). The Mylan item will be added to the OneStop program with visibility in McKesson Connect on Wednesday, April 1. Estimated brand sales of Generess FE® are approximately $100MM.
There will be ASAP for this launch. Customers are expected to begin receiving shipments on Thursday, April 2.
