Last week, your pharmacy may have received a communication from Express Scripts stating that some Rolls Royce members new to Express Scripts may not have received their ID cards yet. In that communication we incorrectly provided a PCN with the claim submission information. Please leave the PCN field blank when submitting claims for these members.
