Wellmark is an existing plan sponsor with CVS Caremark®. Beginning January 1, 2018, Wellmark members received new ID cards with new member ID numbers. If you receive the following or similar reject: Reject 69: <<Filled After Coverage Termed>>, please ask the member for his or her new ID card. If you are unable to obtain the member’s new ID number, you may submit an E1 transaction. Claims should continue to be processed using the RXBIN, RXPCN, and RXGRPs listed above.
