Member ID numbers might be different

Hill-Rom Holdings members have new member ID cards for 2018 that features member ID numbers that might be different from what you’ve submitted before. If you submit a claim for a Hill-Rom member and receive NCPDP reject 69 "Filled After Coverage Terminated," please ask the member for their new ID card. If the member does not have the card, please log into the Express Scripts Pharmacist Resource Center to locate the members correct pharmacy processing information.
