Johnson Controls International selected Express Scripts as its new PBM. Effective Jan. 1, Johnson Controls members have new combination medical and prescription ID cards from BlueCross Blue Shield of Illinois. Please ask members for their new cards prior to submitting pharmacy claims for these members.      

When entering the member ID number, please omit the three leading alpha characters. Member ID numbers include only the 9 numeric characters.
