Effective January 1, 2018, the TRUEplus and TechLITE pen needles and syringes listed below are the ONLY preferred Pen Needles and Syringes products (for the sizes listed) on the Medicare Part D formularies for Blue Cross MedicareRx (PDP)SM and Blue Cross Medicare AdvantageSM plans. Participating Pharmacies will need to order these products to ensure access for these Covered Persons.
