Express Scripts : Pharmacist Resource Center - Pharmacy Help Desk will no longer support calls for NCPDP rejects 01, 04, 06, and 07

If you are receiving NCPDP reject 01 "Missing/Invalid BIN Number", 04 "Missing/Invalid Processor Control Number" (PCN), 06 "Missing/Invalid Group ID" or 07 "Missing/Invalid Cardholder ID" please use the Pharmacist Resource Center (PRC) to troubleshoot these issues. The Pharmacy Help Desk will no longer support calls for NCPDP rejects 01, 04, 06 and 07 effective March 1, 2018.
