Update to Generic Oseltamivir coverage

Given reports of short, limited, or allocated supply of the brand Tamiflu product, both the brand Tamiflu and generic oseltamivir capsules and suspension are now listed as preferred on TennCare’s PDL and will now pay at point of sale.
