Commercial, exchange and Medicaid members included

As a result of the nationwide shortage of oseltamavir suspension, pharmacies are compounding an oral suspension with oseltamavir capsules. Excellus Health Plan will cover the compounded formulation for Commercial, health insurance exchange and Medicaid members.
