On February 8, 2018, the following or similar reject may have occurred in error for Medicare Part D members:
Reject 43: << Plan's Prescriber database indicates the associated DEA to submitted Prescriber ID is inactive >>
This unanticipated reject on claims has now been resolved.
Action required:
If you have not already done so, please assist plan members and resubmit applicable rejected claims from the affected date of fill (February 8, 2018). Please contact plan member as appropriate once a paid claim has been captured.
