Proper billing will appear in secondary message

Anthem Blue Cross and Express Scripts want to remind pharmacies about proper billing practices of HIV medications for California Medicaid members.

When you submit a claim for a medication to treat HIV or AIDS, you will receive NCPDP reject 41 "Submit Bill To Other Processor Or Primary Payer." The proper billing information for these medications will appear in the secondary message. Please resubmit the claim to the BIN, PCN and Rx Group that appears in the secondary message.
