Important Reminder:      

Pharmacies are required to complete the credentialing and re-credentialing process as well as keep updated documentation on file at all times in order to participate in the MeridianRx Pharmacy Network.      

In an effort to streamline the credentialing data collection process, comply with federal and state regulations, improve network directories, and speed claims processing and adjudication, MeridianRx will be utilizing the profile data pharmacies supply to NCPDP.      

All pharmacies must complete all required fields and affirm their full Online NCPDP Pharmacy Profile by March 31, 2018 to ensure their NCPDP Number remains active and current. Pharmacies that fail to complete the requirements will be subject to termination and/or exclusion from the MeridianRx Network.
