Effective March 1, 2018, State of Tennessee injured employees will receive new pharmacy benefit insurance cards for prescriptions related to their injury claim. If your claimant does not present their new pharmacy card, please call CorVel at 1-800-563-8438 for updated processing information. Please do not advise claimants that their benefits or prescription have been denied/cancelled. If a prior authorization is required, a CorVel Pharmacy Technician will contact the adjuster for approval.
