Effective January 1, 2018, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan, also known as Federal Employee Program (FEP), will continue to provide two benefit offerings to federal employees and retirees in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP): Standard Option and Basic Option.

All members (i.e., active employees, retirees and their dependents), including members residing in nursing homes, will have one of the following coinsurance or copayment options*:
