Effective March 6, Express Scripts will be moving the two Concurrent Drug Utilization Review (CDUR) edits introduced on February 1 back to their original DUR conflict codes.
As a reminder, both edits present as a warning message and are intended to remind clinicians that if an opioid is required for acute pain, the lowest dose and shortest duration should be prescribed.
