Texas Medicaid Preferred Drug List (PDL) Changes
Navitus will implement the below formulary change on March 9, 2018 at the directive of Texas Vendor Drug Program.
After the March 9, 2018 PDL Change, a prior authorization will be required for continued access to the brand name products Abilify and Strattera. Generic alternatives for these medications can be substituted where appropriate.
